1. We do not accept any returns of the goods, exchange or refunds for change of mind OR misunderstanding the info of our products. You are advised to place your order carefully. Any changes to your order can only be made if your request is answered before the order is processed. Additional items to your order can be made if your request is answered before your order is posted.

2. Payment will be returned completely if the ordered item is out of stock.


3. The prices stated are fixed and exclude the postage charges. Customers need to pay for the postage charge as well.


4. Your order is confirmed once we received your payment. 


5. We only send out goods when payment is done. Delivery will be every working day Monday-Friday / Saturday (2nd & 3rd week of month) unless stated.


6. Every item sold is new and in good condition when sent out to customers. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for goods damaged/lost during transit/shipping.


7. The items displayed in the catalog may vary in color and texture when compared to the actual product. We assure you that we try our best to display all items as accurately as possible.
